The ELISpotPRO kit is Mabtech's most innovative product featuring pre-coated plates and one-step detection. The kit enables enumeration of cells secreting human IL-4 and contains ELISpot plates pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, ALP-conjugated antibody for one-step detection and BCIP/NBT-plus substrate. A polyclonal activator for human T cells (mAb CD3-2) is supplied as a positive control for cytokine secretion. Cross-react with IL-4 from non-human primates.
