Recombinant Anti-CD15 x Anti-CD64 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for CD15 and a central site for CD64. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget neutrophils to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Leukemia therapy.
