ELISA, IF Microscopy, Western Blot. PDL-1 antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, IHC, and western blotting. Expect a band at ~33 kDa in size corresponding to DRAM by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Raji cell lysate can be used as positive control. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Description
Anti-PDL-1 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with PDL-1 with Human, Rat and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. PDL-1 antibody has no cross-reactivity to PDL-2. At least two isoforms of PDL-1 are known to exist; this antibody is specific to the larger isoform. Cross-reactivity with PDL-1 from other sources has not been determined.
Immunogen
PDL-1 Antibody was produced from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a peptide corresponding to an internal region of human PDL-1.
