Description
Recombinant Anti-PD1 x Anti-TIM-3 Bispecific Antibody (Triple Body) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains respectively. The Fd fragment and LC from an anti-PD1 antibody are both extended with the scFv fragment from an anti-TIM-3 antibody. This BsAb can bind two receptors simultaneously and target unresponsive immune cells. It is designed for the research of Cancers therapy.
