Clone: '9E10. The c-Myc monoclonal antibody (9E10) conjugated agarose resin is useful for purifying fusion proteins with the tag N-EQKLISEEDL-C, either at N-terminal, C-terminal, or internal locations. The binding capacity is greater than 0.5 mg/ml of c-myc agarose resin. The resin can be re-used at least five times (see technical bulletin for regeneration and storage). This affinity gel is also useful for immunoprecipitation of EQKLISEEDL-tagged protein.
