Description
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase and analogues was observed. Sample types: plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 2.74-2,000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 1.24 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
