This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Platelet Derived Growth Factor AB. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Platelet Derived Growth Factor AB and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 27.4-20,000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 12.7 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Platelet Derived Growth Factor AB were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
