The major targets of this inhibitor are plasmin and trypsin, but it also inactivates matriptase-3/TMPRSS7 and chymotrypsin. Recombinant mouse SERPINF2, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
