This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Platelet/Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Platelet/Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 31.2-2000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 13.2 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Platelet/Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
