Recombinant Anti-HLA-A x Anti-CD55 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for HLA-A and a central site for CD55. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can recruit complements to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Renal cell cancer (RCC); Solid tumors therapy.
