Description
Mouse Anti-NTRK3 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-1536). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to NTRK3 (Neurotrophic Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, ELISA. NTRK3 is a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. NTRK3 is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation and may function in the development of proprioceptive neurons that sense body position. Mutations in NTRK3 have been associated with medulloblastomas, secretory breast carcinomas and other cancers.
