KLK8 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 240 amino acids (29-260) and having a molecular mass of 26.5kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). The KLK8 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
