Immunogen
Clone 2B1 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody derived by fusion of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a mouse immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal 24 amino acids of integrin beta1D including an appending N-terminal cysteine (CQENPIYKSPINNFKNPNYGRKAGL) coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin.
