Rat Anti-Tslp Recombinant Antibody (5G29). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to Tslp (Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. Tslp is a cytokine that induces the release of T-cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and, in particular, enhances the maturation of CD11c+ dendritic cells. It can induce allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells (By similarity).
