Description
Recombinant Mouse Anti-CD46 Antibody scFv Fragment (SC1.N29). CD46 is a type I membrane glycoprotein in which the amino-terminal domains of the extracellular domain encoded by exons 1-6, are composed of four short consensus repeats (SCRs). Each of these SCRs is a cysteine-rich domain of approximately 60 amino acids. The four SCRs of CD46 are then followed by the STP domain that defines the three splice variants CD46D, CD46F and CD46J. The data indicated that SC1.N29 binds to the ST domain encoded by exon 8, and exon 9, or the membrane proximal domain within exon10.ELISA, Flow Cytometry
