Description
BACE1 / BACE Antibody LS-C355637. The antibody detects transfected beta-secretase 1. It has been successfully used in ELISA, ICC/IF, Western blot and immunoprecipitation procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~70 kD protein representing beta-secretase 1 from HeLa cells transfected with the human gene. The molecular weight of BACE1 detected may vary depending on the lysate tested. This may be due to glycosylation differences in various cell lines.
