| Description | Recognizes Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). Assayed by ELISA for direct binding of antigen, recognizing wild type, recombinant and enhanced forms of GFP. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-Fluorescein and purified and partially purified green fluorescent protein (Aequorea victoria) serum. No reaction was observed against human, mouse and rat serum proteins. |
