APOM Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated,polypeptide chain containing 187 amino acids(23-188 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 20.9 kDa. APOM protein is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography. Purity >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
