Description
Mouse Anti-SRGAP1 Recombinant Antibody (CBXS-0710). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes SRGAP1. The antibody CBXS-0710 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: IF, S-ELISA, ELISA, WB. The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase activator, working with the GTPase CDC42 to negatively regulate neuronal migration. The encoded protein interacts with the transmembrane receptor ROBO1 to inactivate CDC42.
