CST6 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 142 amino acids (29-149) and having a molecular mass of 15.9 kDa. The CST6 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
