    DescriptionTACR1 / NK1R Antibody (C-Terminus) LS-C39306. Specific to the NK-1 receptor. Staining of cells transfected with NK-1 was abolished by preabsorption of the antisera with NK-1 peptide. Specificity was also verified by the localization of immunohistochemical staining in neurons in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord and to neurons and muscle cells in the ileum which are known to express high levels of NK-1. Species cross-reactivity: Rat, mouse and guinea pig.
