    DescriptionPurity ~98% (NMR). A cell-permeable prolyl 4-hydroxylase (P4H) inhibitor; inhibits hypoxia-inducible factor alpha (HIF-alpha) prolyl hydroxylase (HIF-PH). Increases levels of HIF-1alpha; promotes cell survival under hypoxic conditions. DMOG posseses neuroprotective effect on NFG deprived cell cultures through preservation of glucose metabolism.
