Description
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 1.56-100 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.66 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
