    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human HDAC4 (pSer632) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of HDAC4 only when phosphorylated at serine 632 (pSer632). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1386 was sufficient for detection of HDAC4 (pSer632) in 10 μg of human jurkat cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
