Mouse Anti-L3MBTL4 Recombinant Antibody (1B9-1C12). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to L3Mbtl4 Histone Methyl-Lysine Binding Protein (L3MBTL4). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include DNA binding transcription factor activity. An important paralog of this gene is L3MBTL3. L3MBTL4 is a putative Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of genes, probably by a modification of chromatin, rendering it heritably changed in its expressibility (By similarity).
