    DescriptionEpitope: In Human, aa 29-44 encoded by exon 1b of TPM3 (AERLQREVEGERRAREQ). CG3 recognizes all chicken tropomyosin isoforms [PMID: 3899907]. CG3 is specific to all cytoskeletal products from the TPM3 gene [PMID: 22069507], both human and mouse. Can also detect the striated muscle isoform encoded by this gene by cross reacting with theTPM3 exons 1a and 2b products.
