    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Mouse Dopamine D2 Receptor polyclonal antibody for IHC. The Dopamine D2 Receptor is one of the five types (D1 to D5) of receptors for dopamine. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which inhibit adenylyl cyclase. 2 isoforms are reported for the D2 Dopamine Receptor, Isoform 1 and isoform 2 which are expressed in the pituitary and brain; Isoform 1 is expressed seven times more than isoform 2 in the caudate nucleus.
