    DescriptionEpitope: The ARGLT epitope is located at aa 359-363 of the human collagen II triple helical region. Stains hyaluronidase-treated fetal and adult mouse and human cartilage in vitro as well as mouse cartilage in vivo. The CIIC1 antibody induces sub clinical arthritis if injected at low (0.5 mg) doses and clinical arthritis in mice if injected at higher doses and in combination with other antibodies (see[PMID: 16125192]).
