    DescriptionEpitope: C-peptide a.a. 57-87. This antibody recognizes the C-peptide (a.a. 57-87) which separates insulin B chain (a.a. 25-54) from insulin A chain (a.a. 90-110) in the proinsulin protein. The antibody does not cross-react with rodent C-peptide proinsulin. This antibody stains unfixed frozen sections as well as frozen and paraffin sections of pancreas fixed with 4% PFA.
