Description
Stains aldehyde fixed cells and frozen sections of aldehyde fixed cells. Blocks cell attachment to Fibronectin only. Binds Protein G. Cell binding: stains cell surface of connective tissue cells, some embryonic epithelia. Doesn't appear to work for western blotting. Like most anti-integrin antibodies, AIIB2 does not blot well. Refer to the cited paper for protocol required for western blotting.

EDTA-harvested human JAR choriocarcinoma cells: Full length protein
