    DescriptionEpitope: Extracellular domain of alpha 7 integrin. The 9.1 antibody recognizes the extracellular domain of alpha 7 integrin in both native and denatured conformations. Alpha 7/beta-1 integrin is the primary laminin-1 receptor. This receptor is expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle and certain tumor cells.
