    DescriptionEpitope: The epitope is located in the extracellular region; aa 528 of human alpha-v integrin (aa 558 of Uniprot P06756-1) is required for P3G8 binding. Immunostaining: Fixation, frozen (acetone), paraformaldehyde; Paraffin, yes - formalin fixed; Special protocols, Antigen Retrieval with 10mM sodium citrate pH 6.0. Doesn't appear to work for Immunoblotting. P3G8 recognizes all isoforms.
