It belongs to the ATP:guanido phosphotransferase family,containing 1 phosphagen kinase C-terminal domain and 1 phosphagen kinase N-terminal domain. Creatine kinase M-type can reversibly catalyzes the transfer of phosphate between ATP and various phosphogens.
