AITRL Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 134 amino acids (81-199 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 15kDa. AITRL is fused to a 15 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
