This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria.

This product is a ''ready-to-use'' 1X diluent for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated primary or secondary. This buffer contains buffered saline along with proprietary reagents to stabilize and preserve Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated primary or secondary antibodies in solution. A proprietary combination of preservatives is used that is azide and mercury free. It is suitable for ELISA, Western Blot, Southern/Northern Blots, and lateral flow or directly as an assay buffer. This buffer is not recommended to be used in Luminol based assays.
