Description
ITGB4 / Integrin Beta 4 Antibody (aa1809-1822) LS-C14098. Recognizes human b4 integrin as determined by immunoprecipitation. The epitope recognized is on the cytoplasmic domain of the protein and is thus intracellular. No cross-reactivity to other integrin b subunits. Species cross-reactivity: rat and mouse.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide derived from the COOH terminal sequence (cytoplasmic domain) of the human b4 integrin subunit (1). The sequence used is NH2- (K)GTLSTHMDQQFFQT-amide. The lysine (K) is not in the b4 sequence and was added to conjugate the peptide to the protein carrier. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Bovine (93%); Gorilla, Gibbon, Horse (86%).
