Description
Mouse Anti-Human c-fos Monoclonal IgG2. Detects 62 kDa band. Observed molecular weight of band is higher than predicted 41 kDa band due to post translational modifications. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-543 was sufficient for detection of c-fos in 10 μg of serum starved HeLa cells treated with PMA by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
