The Cell Stimulation Cocktail (500X) is a ready-to-use cocktail useful to induce activation of many cell types to produce cytokines. This cocktail can be used to induce cytokine production in in vitro cell culture for subsequent detection in immunoassays. Each vial contains Protein Kinase C activator Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate (PMA) (40.5 μM) and the calcium ionophore, Ionomycin (670 μM) formulated in DMSO (500X).
