Description
The Cell Stimulation and Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail is a ready-to-use cocktail consisting of an optimized mixture of Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate (PMA), Ionomycin, Brefeldin A, and monesin. Formulated in DMSO (500X). PMA and Ionomycin induce cytokine production in many cell types and Brefeldin A and Monensin act as protein transport inhibitors. This cocktail is used to induce cytokine production and inhibit their intracellular transport for flow cytometry detection. MW: See under individual products.
