    DescriptionRabbit polyclonal antibody to CTNNB1, which belongs to the beta-catenin family that observed in complexes with cadherin cell adhesion molecules of animal cells. Alpha-catenin and beta-catenin were the first two catenin identified. It is a key downstream component of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Defects in CTNNB1 causes colorectal cancer (CRC), pilomatrixoma (PTR).
