The Quantikine Mouse MSP/MST1 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure mouse MSP in cell culture supernates, tissue lysates, serum, plasma, and urine. It contains CHO cell-expressed recombinant mouse MSP and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. This immunoassay has been shown to accurately quantitate recombinant mouse MSP. Results obtained using natural mouse MSP showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural mouse MSP. Range: 0.16 - 10 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.019 ng/mL. Time: 4.5 hours
