Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 35 kDa band in human placenta, skin and testis lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 193 kDa band according to NP_775099.2 and of 257 kDa band according to NP_056472.2. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IP and ICC/IF usage are reported in scientific literature (PMID: 23931754).
