Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx. 90 kDa band and 50 kDa band in human bone marrow lysates after 0.05 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 79.1 kDa band according to NP_036221.2 and given the expected mature size of 65 kDa band according to Graf et al.scientific literature (PMID: 15215243). Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
