    DescriptionPurity ~98% (SDS-PAGE and HPLC). PF-4 is a CXC chemokine that is expressed in megakaryocytes and stored in the granules of platelets. PF-4 is chemotactic towards neutrophils and monocytes and has been shown to inhibit angiogenesis. Recombinant murine PF-4 is an 8.2kD protein containing 76aa, including the four highly conserved residues present in CXC chemokines. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse PF-4, expressed in E.coli. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human neutrophils using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml.
