    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human CLPP polyclonal antibody for WB, IHC. ATP-dependent Clp protease proteolytic subunit, mitochondrial (EC:3.4.21.92; also known as Endopeptidase Clp, ATP-dependent protease ClpAP, proteolytic subunit, ClpP caseinolytic peptidase ATP-dependent, proteolytic subunit) is encoded by the CLPP or PRLTS3 gene in human. Clp belongs to the S14 family of peptidases and catalyzes the proteolytic cleavage of proteins and peptides in the presence of ATP and magnesium. Substrates include CSN1S1, CSN2 and CSN3.
