Description
Mouse Anti-KRT17 Monoclnal Antibody (2D4-1G9). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human KRT17. The antibody, clone 2D4-1G9, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC-P, IP and WB. KRT17 is the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 17, expressed in nail bed, hair follicle, sebaceous glands, and other epidermal appendages. The mutations of KRT17 lead to Jackson-Lawler type pachyonychia congenita and steatocystoma multiplex.
