Description
Mouse Anti-KRT17 Monoclnal Antibody (Ks17.E3). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human KRT17. The antibody, clone Ks17.E3, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, FC, ICC, IF, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP and WB. KRT17 is the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 17, expressed in nail bed, hair follicle, sebaceous glands, and other epidermal appendages. The mutations of KRT17 lead to Jackson-Lawler type pachyonychia congenita and steatocystoma multiplex.
