This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Hemoglobin Gamma 2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Hemoglobin Gamma 2 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, erythrocyte lysates. Range: 1.56-100 ug/mL. Sensitivity: 0.62 ug/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Hemoglobin Gamma 2 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
