Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 55 kDa in size corresponding to IL-7 receptor protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Description
This product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using peptide coupled to agarose beads. This antibody is specific for mouse IL-7 receptor protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with IL-7 receptor protein from human, mouse and rat sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence.
