Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~68.5 kDa corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Description
Anti-Involucrin antibody was purified from mouse ascites by protein A chromatography. This product reacts with human and pig. Cross reactivity with Involucrin from other sources has not been determined.
